Play Time Shortening Pain and Prolonging Pleasure
In this 30-minute guided meditation and creative visualization, I use your past experiences to evoke quick subjective time and slow subjective time and apply them to uncomfortable or painful experiences and comfortable, pleasurable experiences. I first lead you into a relaxed imaginative state. We work with quick time and pain first. We then work with slow time and pleasure. We then integrate them. It would be best to practice this visualization several times, first to know what's going on, and then later to better vivify and personalize it.
