    TimeWaver ® Consultations

All things are made up of frequencies including the physical world, words, emotions, memories, and thoughts. Your body, your auric/information field, and the collective unconsciousness all contain this information created by light and sound frequencies. These can be measured, interpreted via Big Data, and adjusted by the TimeWaver device. To find out what's going on with you, send me your basic information and a photo as well as a statement of what you would like to achieve in the form of a positive affirmation. Connect cam-to-cam for consultation and frequency adjustment.

    Self-Help Books

Jim Steed has collected some self-help activities into a 3-month journal called Before I Lay Me Down Sleep: A Bedtime Feel Good Do Well Journal. Take 15 minutes to jot down answers to inspiring questions. Then, enjoy a good sleep and a wonderful next day. He has also written a short manual called Mind Your Steps: A Thought Walk Meditation Practice in English and Spanish. He teaches you how to do walking meditation with self-help therapy. These two books help you make profound changes in your personal life. Finally, for those wanting to become the change you want in the world, read his The Silent Mutiny: Veganomics 101 or the Silent Mutiny website for a clear path forward. As we move forward to bring about change in these uncertain times, it is important to take care of ourselves. Here's a Buddhist perspective.

Mind Your Steps Training and Path-Clearing Clubs

MindYour Steps introduces small mindful therapeutic walking meditation, a 40-minute activity in which participants walk slowly paying attention to the movement and placement of their feet and self-analyzing any intruding thoughts. The steps are a metaphor for their life paths, and the intruding thoughts represent their psychology. The goal is to pay attention to your steps(life) and manage your thinking. It is available on Amazon Com and Kindle.

Zen-X has prepared a set of instructions and a model program on how to lead a Mind Your Steps Clear Your Path Meeting, similar to a 12-step program without the focus on addiction, the 'higher power', and the steps. Participants take part in reciting three self-growth affirmations, identify and share their feelings, practice therapeutic mindful walking meditation, and share their experiences in a supportive environment. The focus is on being seen and heard, becoming more mindful and less bothered by your thoughts, and living authentically, serenely, courageously, and wisely. Great for university psychology clubs, self-help groups, and people wanting fellowship without religion. Far more constructive and less manipulative than Turning Point.

You will just need to have a supply of the paperback version of Mind Your Steps, a set of procedures, and a venue. Zen-X will serve as your ZOOM advisor. Contact: jimsteed@hushmail.com.

Mind Your Steps is also available in Spanish, Camina con atención: Una práctica de meditación para la conciencia plena al caminar.
