A Christ-inspired creative visualization backed up with "Precious Lord, Take My Hand." It starts off illustrating the miracle healing of a woman who sneaked a touch of the robe of Jesus, followed by a well-known prayer for comfort and healing. This is followed by your visualization of the healed version of yourself, a request for healing, the Prayer of St Francis, a reading of the scripture, and the end of the Lord's Prayer. Like Oral Roberts used to say, "Expect a Miracle." You faith can heal you. The deep your can relax, the stronger your faith in God. Play Time Shortening Pain and Prolonging Pleasure

In this 30-minute guided meditation and creative visualization, I use your past experiences to evoke quick subjective time and slow subjective time and apply them to uncomfortable or painful experiences and comfortable, pleasurable experiences. I first lead you into a relaxed imaginative state. We work with quick time and pain first. We then work with slow time and pleasure. We then integrate them. It would be best to practice this visualization several times, first to know what's going on, and then later to better vivify and personalize it.
